Self-reported transport areas

Independent drivers can add voluntary details under Profile → Transport areas. Fleets manage their shared declaration in fleet settings, or in the workspace overview on the dashboard. Owners, administrators and fleet managers can edit it. Individual fleet drivers do not need a separate declaration.

Specify Collection available in and Delivery available to separately. Choose Germany-wide, Europe-wide, or add individual city, state or country names. You can also leave a note, such as “Other routes by arrangement”. For example: collection in NRW, delivery across Europe.

These optional details help Maxmove understand your capabilities. They are not a fixed commitment and can be changed or cleared. They do not affect readiness, order visibility, assignment or notifications. Your business address is unchanged.

Order alerts

Under Notifications, turn new marketplace alerts on or off and choose available channels. Maxmove controls recipient selection. Push is on by default; additional channels are optional and existing choices are preserved. Assigned-order, ongoing-trip and safety notifications remain independent.
